On receiving your jewellery if it is not as you expected or If you change your mind you have up to 14 days to return it. If you live outside the UK you have up to 28 days. Please note.
Jewellery handmade to your design or jewellery that has been personalized is not returnable.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept return of earrings due to hygiene reasons. In the unlikely event that your earrings are faulty these maybe returned for refund or exchange.
All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns of items purchased through a retailer or internet third party.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service (eg. Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery) with the correct level of insurance that covers the value of the jewellery you are returning. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.
Please note, that you will be responsible for the delivery charges and costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Within 5 days of receiving your return item a refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion. Please contact us for more advise.
In the unlikely event that your jewellery item is faulty after wearing it within 30 days of receiving it you have the legal right to a full refund or if you would prefer - a replacement item. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. For example if a chain is broken by being pulled off your neck by a young child this item wouldn’t be deemed as faulty.
After the period of 30 days a refund or replacement is it at our discretion. If you are unsure please contact us with relevant photos and we will try our best to resolve this. On receiving the jewellery item it will be inspected and the offer of repair or replacement will be at our discretion. We may charge you for any repairs but we will notify you of this on inspection of the item. Unfortunately Repairs are not guaranteed.
In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty jewellery item due to the delivery service please return the item and your delivery costs will be refunded to you. A replacement item will be sent out to you free of postage charges
