All About Jewellery Workshops & Classes

I began teaching monthly jewellery making classes at Castle Collection in 2019. I love to share my knowledge and see my students grow in confidence and flourish.

Over the past six years my passion for teaching has grown and what we are able to offer with our monthly classes has expanded. Our one day and half day workshops at Castle Collection and Create98 offer lots of different creative options including new classes such as our very popular silver and brass spinner rings. 

In 2025 myself and jeweller Lisa Castle Launched  Pop Up Jewellery Workshops- private group classes in your home all you need is a group of friends or family and a sturdy table.

Last summer I finally welcomed my first students into my home studio. I can now offer 1:1 and small groups for  jewellery making classes for one day and half day experiences as well as tailored lessons hobbyists and students that want to work and build on their skills.

 It’s a great moment when students unlock the secret of how something is made. When they see the ring they have worked hard to make, seeing it’s transformation when it’s polished and there’s that wow moment!

It can be daunting picking up tools for the first time, I remember this when I was a student. On my own learning journey I came to realise it takes practice, perseverance and it’s ok to make mistakes that’s how we grow. 

We all learn differently and have different experiences to draw from but I’m here to guide students at each stage; showing them how to use tools correctly and build on their skill set to designing and making their own jewellery.
